The two people you will actually work with

Caminoro was founded by two people who have spent their careers on opposite sides of the same problem: one leading B2B sales and key account organisations, one diagnosing how businesses grow and where they get stuck. Two very different ways of looking at your sales organisation, and you get both on every engagement.

Jamie Mitchell

Jamie Mitchell

Co-founder

Jamie has spent his career leading B2B sales and key account organisations, from front-line sales leadership to European board level. As UK key account director for a pan-European industrial distribution group, he took a key account business in significant decline back to growth, combining a margin programme with a reorganisation that repositioned it around its strongest sectors. He then ran the same group’s pan-European key account business, across manufacturing sectors including food and beverage, aerospace and construction, growing revenue while improving margin. Most recently he led the international sales organisation of a SaaS education technology business, where he merged two competing sales organisations after an acquisition onto a single methodology, set of roles and incentive scheme. Jamie leads business development at Caminoro. If you book a conversation, it is Jamie you will speak to.

George I’ons

Co-founder

George spent most of his career in senior commercial and strategy roles at a global medical technology manufacturer selling complex products to blue-chip customers, latterly as head of strategy, where he built and led its strategy and change team. He has worked across product and portfolio strategy, including an award-winning product platform, and designed a new key account model for the business’s largest customer relationships. His method has been consistent: build the evidence first, through customer journey mapping, structured needs analysis and management information that makes performance visible. Why the pairing works

Neither of us gets the last word

Sales improvement fails in two ways: rigorous analysis that no salesperson recognises, or hard-won instinct that never becomes a system. Every Caminoro engagement gets both perspectives, and neither of us gets the last word. The diagnosis has to stand up to the evidence, and the fix has to work for the person carrying the number.

If you are not certain what is holding sales back, that is the conversation to have.
